Terms of Service

Agreement
AnyPost is operated by the AnyPost team and reachable at hey@anypost.md. By using AnyPost at anypost.md or our API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AnyPost converts public post URLs you provide into Markdown output for personal, research, and agent workflows. Availability varies by platform; some sources require a paid plan or API key. We may change supported platforms, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice on the site.
Accounts and API keys
- Humans sign in with Google after purchasing a credit pack (or when redeeming an existing purchase).
- Agents authenticate with
apk_API keys issued after purchase. - You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Do not share keys in public repos or client-side code.
- Creating a new API key does not revoke existing keys unless you revoke them in your account.
Credits and billing
- Credits are consumed per conversion according to the pricing page.
- Credit packs are prepaid; packs upgrade plan rank but never downgrade it.
- Free tier limits apply in production as described on the site.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact hey@anypost.md.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse rate limits, circumvent plan gates, or scrape AnyPost itself at scale without permission
- Use the service to violate third-party platform terms or applicable law
- Submit malicious URLs intended to compromise our systems
- Resell or repackage the service as a competing proxy without authorization
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform.
Content and intellectual property
- You retain rights to content you submit (URLs). Output Markdown is provided for your use.
- AnyPost name, branding, and site content are ours. Do not imply endorsement without permission.
- Third-party posts remain subject to their platforms' copyrights and terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect extraction from every URL, or that output is error-free. Platform layouts change; conversions may fail or degrade.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyPost and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AnyPost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised at hey@anypost.md.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
